After the fluid change i notice my tranny is. The truck has 92k miles and is in good shape. I dont know what the truck had in it before, but it didnt look bad. I do use MT90, and the Amsoil equivalent MTG, and can recommend both. Fancy brands won't rebuild a tired transmission.
